What happens if something breaks?

Please take a photo of the damage and send it to abo@strollme.de. We will then contact you immediately to see how we can repair the damage. For smaller items, we may send you a replacement part. For larger damages you will receive a replacement product. What is most important to us: You should always have a functioning product and there are no costs for you

How do I cancel?

Accepted Answer

To cancel your subscription, please visit our customer portal at portal.strollme.com. You can cancel your subscription on a monthly basis after your minimum contract term has ended. After you cancel, you will receive a DHL return label that you can use to return your product to us free of charge.

Will I be charged for signs of use?

Accepted Answer

No! We are all parents here in the team and know that our products are everyday objects. Use them as if they were your own. Signs of use are included in the rent!

Is StrollMe worth it for me?

Accepted Answer

My child has grown and we need a different model.

Accepted Answer

Great! Just send us an email to abo@strollme.de and let us know when you would like to change the product. This is possible at the earliest after the minimum term has expired.
You will then receive a return label for your old rental item and can order your new product. This way, you'll always have the perfect equipment for your child.

Question 6

What does shipping cost?

Accepted Answer

Returning the rental product is free of charge. Shipping costs &euro;5.90 in Germany and &euro;12 in all other countries.
